The Business Venture Group, through it's property division, manages a range of workshop and office accommodation on reasonable terms. The tenancy agreements reflect our aim to encourage new business and typically include business rates, insurance and energy costs in the rent, as well as providing a 1 month notice clause for cessation of the rental.

Our stated objective is to pursue the concept of self employment in the community by supporting the creation of sustainable self employment and development of small businesses and we see our property division as being complimentary to the aims of our Enterprise Agency.
