The Business Venture Group, through it's Enterprise Agency, has been providing support and advice to small businesses, both at the start up stage and beyond, for over 20 years. The Local Enterprise Agency, which is a not for profit company, limited by guarantee, is registered with the Dti and is a full member of the National Federation of Enterprise Agencies. We are funded through a mix of sources, including Local Authorities, Private sponsors and government contracts.

Our objective is to pursue the concept of self employment in the community by supporting the creation of sustainable self employment and development of small businesses in the Fylde area. This is achieved by the provision of free, impartial and confidential advice, networking with other providers of business support and the public/private sector to give every client the best possible opportunity of achieving their potential.
