Whilst we concentrate principally on new start up business advice, we know how hard it is to run your own business and that sometimes you need to bounce an idea off someone neutral.
The Business Venture Group continues to mentor businesses through their first 2 years of trading by making regular 6 monthly contact.
We have access to the Business Volunteer Mentor programme, and can arrange for a mentor with specific skills to be introduced to assist your business development.
Business Review
For businesses which have been trading for more than 3 years we offer a diagnostic support service for which a small charge may be made (please contact us for details)
We will review progress of your business with you in 5 main areas:
- Business Planning
- Marketing
- IT
- Finance
- Personnel

Following this we will agree with you an action plan for taking the business the next step forward and provide support to assist you wherever we can.

Networking & Advice Events
We organise locally supported advice events where businesses can come along, network with other businesses and obtain some free advice from a range of specialist advisers. these are usually Breakfast Events.
